Conference Attendance Sponsorship Request
To request sponsorship for conference attendance, please submit an email to [email protected] with the following information:
Conference name, date, location
Reason for attending (ie. poster presentation, oral presentation, participant)
If presenting at the conference, you must submit your letter of invitation.
Write a 300 word paragraph as to why should EMAT sponsor your participation in the conference. Mention any other type of support you will be receiving as well as self-funding.
Eligibility: Must be an active EMAT member for at least three months from the day of request submission. Preference will be given to those who are presenting research and first timers.
