How EMAT handles the information you share with us.
When you use this site, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and message content when you submit the contact form or a membership application.
We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies beyond what is required for the site to function.
Information you submit is used to respond to inquiries, process membership applications, and communicate with members about EMAT programs, training, and events.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
EMAT works with training and funding partners (such as universities, hospitals, and sponsoring organizations) on specific programs. Personal information is only shared with a partner when it is necessary for a program you have opted into, such as a scholarship or training placement.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@emat.or.tz.
As EMAT's systems (including the member portal and online payments) come online in later phases, this policy will be updated to reflect how that data is handled.
